  • 1 (6 fluid oz.) can lemonade frozen concentrate
  • 1 pt. vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt, softened
  • 8 oz. thawed Cool Whip
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust
  • yellow food coloring (optional)

Directions

    Beat lemonade concentrate in large bowl for 30 seconds.

    Blend in ice cream gradually.

    Add Cool Whip and coloring; whip until smooth.

    Freeze until mixture will mound.

    Spoon into pie crust. Freeze again for 4 hours or until frozen.
