- 1 lb. asparagus spears, cooked in unsalted water
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
Directions

1Snap off and discard woody bases from asparagus. Cook spears in a large skillet for 8 minutes. Drain. Serve on small warmed platter.

2Melt butter in same skillet.

3Add lemon, salt and thyme. Pour over asparagus.
