- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
- 16 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1-inch pieces
- cooking oil
Directions

1Measure first 7 ingredients into a plastic bag; close tightly and shake to blend.

2Moisten chicken with lemon juice.

3Let stand for 30 minutes.

4Place chicken chunks, a few at a time, into plastic bag.

5Shake to coat thoroughly.

6Pour oil into heavy saucepan, filling no more than 1/3 full.

7Heat to 375°.

8Carefully add chicken, a few pieces at a time.

9Fry, turning once, about 2 minutes or until tender.

10Drain on paper towels.
