- 1 1/2 lb. small, fresh green beans
- 1 c. cherry tomato halves
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Directions

1Wash green beans.

2Trim ends.

3Remove strings.

4Drop beans into a large saucepan of boiling water.

5Cook 7 minutes or until crisp-tender.

7Combine the beans and tomatoes in a large bowl; set aside.
