  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 12 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 12 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tomatoes, chopped
  • water, as needed
