- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 2 eggs or 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. vegetarian chicken seasoning
Directions

1You may use a little cottage cheese and cereal in place of bread crumbs.
