- 3 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 c. peeled, chopped potato
- 1/2 c. peeled, chopped carrot
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 Tbsp. dried basil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Directions

1Rinse and drain lentils; in large saucepan, combine all ingredients.
