- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 hot pepper, chopped
- 1 sweet pepper, chopped
- 1 can whole tomatoes
- salt to taste
Directions

1Slice bacon into strips or squares and fry; drain off half of the fat.

2Add chopped onion and peppers.

3Fry until soft.

4Add can of tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes or so.

5Salt to taste. This Hungarian dish can be eaten like soup or with rice, noodles or crusty bread.
