  • 1 c. cocoa
  • 1 lb. butter
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 4 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Melt cheese and butter.

    Pour into powdered sugar and cocoa and mix well.

    Add 1 Tbsp. vanilla and chopped nuts.

    Pour into two 13 X 9 inch buttered pans.

    Pat down and refrigerate.

    Freezes well.
