Libyan Bread

Ingredients
- 3 to 6 c. flour
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 Tbsp. salt (for 6 c. measure)
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl with hands, making sure yeast and salt are well distributed.

2Add 3 cups very warm water (for 6 cup mixture, dough will be thick) and mix with hands, as it will be easier.

3Cover and let set until dough is doubled in bulk.

4Pour onto a floured board.

5Roll out and cut into rolls. Place rolls in a greased or oiled pan (there should be enough oil to coat the rolls) and let set for 1 hour.

6Bake at 450° for 20 to 30 minutes or until brown.

7Ovens vary in temperature.

8This bread does not contain any oil except for oil placed in pan.
