- 1/2 c. creamy cottage cheese
- 1 tsp. dried-onion flakes
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. dill weed
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- assortment of carrot and celery sticks, broccoli florets or other veggie dippers that your child will eat
Directions

1In blender, process yogurt, cottage cheese, onion flakes, garlic powder, dill weed, sugar and salt until creamy.
