  • 1 (3 lb.) chuck roast
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. catsup

Directions

    Thoroughly coat both sides of meat with the sauces, mustard and catsup.

    Sprinkle with garlic salt.

    Place in roasting pan and bake at 350° until done, as desired.
