- 2 c. all purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1/2 c. reduced calorie margarine (stick margarine works best for me)
- 1- 8 oz. carton plain low fat yogurt
- 1 tsp. honey or sugar
Directions

1Combine the first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl; cut in the margarine with a pastry blender or fork until mixture resembles course meal.

2Add the remaining ingredients; stir until dry ingredients are moistened.

3Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead, 4 to 5 times.

4Roll dough to a 1/2 in. thickness and cut with a 2 in. biscuit cutter.

5Place on an ungreased pan and bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes or until browned as desired.

6Yields 24 biscuits.

7One biscuit equals 60 calories (1 starch), 1.5 grams fat, 120 mg sodium with use of salt, (80 mg sodium without salt), 1 mg cholesterol.
