Light Chicken Pancakes

  • 1 Chicken Tenderloin
  • 1/4 Onion
  • 10 leaves Basil
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 2 teaspoons Poppy Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Five Spice Powder
  • Salt And Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter

Directions

    In a food processor, add all the ingredients (except the butter) and pulse until completely combined.

    Form pancakes with your hands.

    Preheat a frying pan over medium heat.

    Melt butter.

    Cook the pancakes 5 minutes and each side, or until chicken is completely cooked.

    Note: You can serve this with a light yoghurt sauce.

    Mix plain yoghurt with spices, dry herbs, salt and pepper.
