- 12 cup boiling water
- 12 cup cocoa powder
- 1 14 cups flour
- 34 cup sugar
- 34 cup tightly packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 4 egg whites, lightly beaten
- 13 cup vegetable oil
- 1 12 teaspoons vanilla
- cooking spray
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Spray 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray.

3In a large bowl combine boiling water and cocoa and mix until cocoa is dissolved.

4Add flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, egg whites, oil and vanilla.

5Mix well.

6Pour into pan and bake 25 minutes.

7Brownies should spring back when touched.
