Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) box garlic and olive oil Pasta Roni
  • 14 cup chopped onion
  • 14 cup chopped zucchini
  • 14 cup chopped yellow squash
  • 14 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
  • 14 ounces Italian-style diced tomatoes
  • 8 ounces clams (optional) or 8 ounces shrimp (optional) or 8 ounces scallops (optional)

Directions

    Cook pasta from box, or substitute Angel Hair Pasta.

    Saute the choped veggies in butter and olive oil.

    Add seasoning mix from the box of Pasta Roni to the saute veggies.

    If adding raw seafood, do so now and cook till almost done.

    Add diced tomatoes.

    (If adding canned or precooked seafood, add with the tomatoes).

    Heat through and serve over pasta.
