- 1/2 lb. margarine
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 5 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. raisins (optional)
- 1 lb. candied cherries
- 1 lb. candied pineapple
- 4 c. pecans
- 1/2 oz. vanilla flavoring
- 1/2 oz. lemon flavoring
- 1 c. flour
Directions

1Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy; add well beaten eggs using rotary beater.

2Blend well.

3Chop nuts and fruit into medium sized pieces and flour with 1/2 cup flour.

4Sift remaining flour and baking powder together.

5Fold into egg and margarine mixture. Add flavorings.

6Mix and then add fruit and nuts.

7Pour into greased tube pan.

8Place in cold oven and then bake at 250° for 3 hours.

9Cool in pan.
