- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) Jell-O (any flavor)
- 2/3 c. boiling water
- 2 c. ice cubes
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip (thawed)
- 1 c. fresh strawberries
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 1 can (8 3/4 oz.) apricots, sliced peaches, drained and diced, or fruit cocktail, drained (optional)
- 1 can (8 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained (optional)
Directions

1Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water, stirring about 3 minutes.

2Add ice cubes and stir until gelatin is thickened, about 2 to 3 minute.

3Remove any cubes.

4Blend in Cool Whip.

5Whip until smooth.

6Fold in fruit.

7Chill, if necessary, until mixture will mound.

8Spoon into crust.

9Chill 2 hours.
