  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 4 heaping Tbsp. lard
  • 2 cakes yeast, dissolved in lukewarm water
  • 2 c. milk
  • 6 c. flour

Directions

    Knead all ingredients in flour to make dough.

    Grease bowl and put dough in to rise.

    Work down, then rise again.

    Then make into rolls or loaves.

    Bake rolls at 450° for 15 minutes.

    Bake bread at 375° about 50 minutes.
