  • 8 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. skim milk
  • Pepper and nutmeg to taste
  • 9 inch deep dish pie crust

    Combine flour, eggs, and milk. Pour over spinach and cheese in 9 inch deep dish pie crust.
