- 1 box Sure-Jell light fruit pectin
- 2 1/4 c. sugar
- 4 c. crushed strawberries
Directions

1Mix Sure-Jell and 1/4 cup sugar.

2Add pectin mixture gradually to fruit, stirring vigorously.

3Set aside for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4Stir remaining sugar gradually into fruit mixture until sugar is completely dissolved, about 3 minutes.

5Pour into pint containers and cover.

6Let stand at room temperature for 24 hours.

7Store in refrigerator or freezer.

8Thaw in refrigerator. Makes about 6 (1 cup) containers.
