Light Wild Rice Soup

- 1/3 c. chopped carrot
- 1/3 c. chopped celery
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1 1/3 c. cooked wild rice
- 1 (12 oz.) jar turkey gravy
- 1 1/2 c. skim milk
- 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
Directions

1Saute vegetables in margarine in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat until tender.

2Stir in rice, gravy and milk.

3Reduce heat to low.

4Simmer 5 minutes.

5Stir in sherry.

6Makes 4 cups.
