- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs, room temperature
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 4 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Melt butter; add sugar and salt.

2Mix. Warm milk.

3Add yeast and add to butter mixture.

4Add 1 cup flour, set in warm place (cover with towel) and let raise until spongy.

5Add 3 beaten eggs and rest of flour.

6Let double in size.

7Knead dough.

8Divide in 3 parts (each will make a dozen rolls).

9Let rise.
-
10Roll into a circle and cut in 12 pieces.

11Roll from big end to small (crescent shape).

12Bake at 350° until light brown.
