- 2 eggs, beaten
- 12 cup ketchup
- 12 cup nonfat milk
- 1 cup Italian style breadcrumbs
- 14 cup onion
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 14 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon sage
Directions

1Heat oven to 350F In large bowl, combine all meat loaf ingredients; mix well.

2Press mixture in ungreased 8x4-inch loaf pan.

3Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.

4Remove meat loaf from oven.

5Spread 1/4 cup ketchup evenly over top.

6Return to oven; bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until meat is thoroughly cooked.

7Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
