Lighter Peach Enchiladas

- 8 ounces reduced-fat crescent rolls
- 2 peaches, pealed, pitted, and quartered
- 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 6 ounces carbonated lemon-lime beverage, your choice
Directions

1Separate crescents into triangles.

2Place one peach quarter at the wide end of each triangle and roll up. Place point side down in sprayed casserole dish.

3Mix melted butter, sugar and cinnamon and spoon over the rolls.

4Add lemon lime soda.

5Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes or until nicely browned.

6Enjoy with your favorite vanilla ice cream.
