- 2 sticks butter
- 2 cups flour
- 1 can lilikoi concentrtate
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 dash salt
- 4 tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- Powdered sugar (optional)
Directions

1Reduce lilikoi concentrate by half.

2While reducing, cut flour into butter and press into baking pan.

3Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

4For filling, mix eggs, sugar, concentrate, and salt.

5Mix flour and baking powder together then add to egg mixture.

6Pour evenly onto crust and bake for another 25 minutes or until filling is carmelized on top.

7Dust with powdered sugar.
