  • 2 sticks butter
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 can lilikoi concentrtate
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 dash salt
  • 4 tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • Powdered sugar (optional)

Directions

    Reduce lilikoi concentrate by half.

    While reducing, cut flour into butter and press into baking pan.

    Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

    For filling, mix eggs, sugar, concentrate, and salt.

    Mix flour and baking powder together then add to egg mixture.

    Pour evenly onto crust and bake for another 25 minutes or until filling is carmelized on top.

    Dust with powdered sugar.
