- 2 pkg. frozen fordhook limas, cooked
- 1 can celery soup
- 1/2 green pepper, cut fine
- 1 stick butter
- 6 or 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- bread crumbs
Directions

1Cook limas to barely tender.

2Brown pepper in butter.

3Mix with limas which have been drained.

4Mix in celery soup gently. Place in greased casserole dish.

5Cover with cheese and crumbs. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

6Serves 6 to 8.
