Lima Bean Casserole

  • 2 pkg. frozen fordhook limas, cooked
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1/2 green pepper, cut fine
  • 1 stick butter
  • 6 or 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • bread crumbs

Directions

    Cook limas to barely tender.

    Brown pepper in butter.
  3. 3
    Mix with limas which have been drained.

    Mix in celery soup gently. Place in greased casserole dish.

    Cover with cheese and crumbs. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

    Serves 6 to 8.
