Lima Cheese Bake

  • 1 pkg. frozen lima beans (10 oz.)
  • 1 1/2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 snipped parsley
  • 1 can fried onions

Directions

    Pour boiling water over frozen lima beans.

    Break the beans apart; drain.

    Blend the soup and milk together and add the limas to the mixture, along with the celery and the parsley.

    Stir in 1/2 the fried onions.

    Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

    Garnish with remaining onions and bake for another 10 minutes.
