Lima Cheese Bake

- 1 pkg. frozen lima beans (10 oz.)
- 1 1/2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3/4 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 snipped parsley
- 1 can fried onions
Directions

1Pour boiling water over frozen lima beans.

2Break the beans apart; drain.

3Blend the soup and milk together and add the limas to the mixture, along with the celery and the parsley.

4Stir in 1/2 the fried onions.

5Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

6Garnish with remaining onions and bake for another 10 minutes.

7Serves 6.
