  • 4-6 pieces of boneless chicken breast
  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced

Directions

    In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, lime juice, olive oil, and garlic.

    Pour over chicken.

    Cover and marinate for 1 hour.

    Heat grill to medium.

    Cook chicken 5 minutes, turn and cook 5 move minutes, turn again 2 more times.

    You may need to turn heat to low depending on your grill temperature.
