- 2 tablespoons lime cordial
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon liquid sugar cane
- 14 pomegranates or 100 pomegranate arils
- 1 kiwi, cut into small dice
Directions

1Mix the water, lime cordial and lime juice.

3Place 5 or 6 arils and one kiwi dice in each cube compartment.
