Lime Marinated Fish Steaks

- 3 Tbsp. lime juice
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- dash of pepper
- 4 (6 oz. each) fish steaks, cut 1-inch thick (swordfish, halibut, sea bass)
Directions

1For marinade, combine first 5 ingredients in jar; cover and shake vigorously.

2Pour over fish steaks; marinate 15 minutes, turning once.

3Remove fish from marinade.

4Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat source, about 5 to 6 minutes per side or until fish is opaque and flakes easily with fork.
