  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 lb. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 small pkg. lime Jell-O
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. Cool Whip

Directions

    Melt marshmallows and milk in microwave until melted, about 5 minutes.

    Pour hot mix over Jell-O and stir until dissolved.

    Stir in cream cheese until dissolved, using low speed beater.

    Add undrained pineapple.

    Cool.

    Blend in Cool Whip and chill in bowl or mold.
