- 10 to 14 tortillas
- 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 small cans Old El Paso diced chili peppers
- pepper and salt
- small amount oregano
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
- salsa
- 2 (10 oz.) cans enchilada sauce
Directions

1Brown ground beef with onion and chili peppers.

2Pepper and salt well.

3Sprinkle with oregano.

4Put in each tortilla some of the ground beef, 2 tablespoons refried beans, sprinkle with shredded cheese.

5Roll tortillas up and put in 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour salsa over to taste, then pour enchilada sauce all over it.
