Ingredients

  • 10 to 14 tortillas
  • 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 lb. ground beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 small cans Old El Paso diced chili peppers
  • pepper and salt
  • small amount oregano
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
  • salsa
  • 2 (10 oz.) cans enchilada sauce

Directions

    Brown ground beef with onion and chili peppers.

    Pepper and salt well.
  3. 3
    Sprinkle with oregano.

    Put in each tortilla some of the ground beef, 2 tablespoons refried beans, sprinkle with shredded cheese.

    Roll tortillas up and put in 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour salsa over to taste, then pour enchilada sauce all over it.
