- 1 lb. linguica
- 1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 c. Bisquick
- 3/4 c. water
Directions

1Remove casing from linguica.

2Cook in large skillet, breaking up with fork.

3Drain off fat.

4Put into large bowl and cool completely.

5Mix in rest of ingredients with fork until blended. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on large cookie sheet 2-inches apart.

6Bake at 400° for 15 minutes, until puffed and lightly browned.
