  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 lb. ham
  • 1 red pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 can low-fat evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen green peas
  • 1/2 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
  • 375 Primo Linguine

    Cook 1/4 lb.

    ham and 1 small red bell pepper, both cut into thin strips, and 3 minced garlic cloves in 1 Tbsp.

    Primo 100% Pure Olive Oil in large frypan for 5 minutes.

    Add 1 Tbsp.

    flour and cook for 1 minute.

    Stir in 1 can (385 mL) low-fat evaporated milk and bring to boil, stirring occasionally.

    Reduce heat, add 1/2 cup frozen green peas and simmer 3 minutes.

    Cook 1/3 pkg.
