- 2 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable or canola oil
- 2 lbs (.9 kg). Manilla clams
- 4 sprigs parsley
- 4 cloves, minced garlic
- 2 cups (475 ml) dry white wine
- 1 pinch chili flakes
- romano or parmesan cheese, grated
Directions

1Cook pasta.

2Saute oil, garlic, chili pepper, and parsley.

3Add wine and cook 1 minute.

4Add clams and cook thoroughly.

5Drain pasta and add to saute pan.

6Toss with romano or parmasan cheese.
