Ingredients
- Linguini noodles
- Shrimp cleaned and de-veined
- 3/4 cup olive oil (enough to cover bottom of frying pan)
- garlic toes (chopped fine)
- 2 tablespoons of dried red peppers-crushed
- 3 tablespoons of white wine
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley-chopped
- knife tip of anchovy paste (you will not taste the anchovies!)
- Optional: one can of stewed tomatoes
Directions

1Clean and de-vein shrimp then butterfly them and set aside.

2In a frying pan pour oil (enough to cover bottom of pan).

3Add chopped garlic, dried red peppers then saut for about 2 minutes.

4Add wine, shrimp, and knife tip of anchovy paste and saut 2 more minutes Remove from heat and sprinkle with parsley flakes.

5Serve over linguini noodles.

6Best served with red wine.
