  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 3/4 c. cake flour
  • 3 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Beat egg whites slightly.

    Add salt, baking powder, sugar and cake flour.

    Spread thin on ungreased baking sheet.

    Bake at 350° for about 25 minutes or so.

    Cool and cut into small pieces.
