- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix or other favorite flavor
- 1/2 can evaporated milk
- 2 cans Campbell's soup
Directions

1Mix the soup mix and evaporated milk; let stand for 5 minutes. Mix in hamburger.

2Roll into balls; place in fry pan.

3Brown on each side 5 minutes.

4Place meatballs in baking dish.

5Cover with cream of onion soup or mushroom soup.

6Bake for 1 hour, or until done, at 375°.
