Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 c. milk
- 1 bag frozen peas and carrots, thawed
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Grease baking dish.

2Place chicken on bottom of dish.

3Mix soups and broth and pour over chicken.

4Scatter peas and carrots. Mix milk and melted butter.

5Add a little bit of flour and baking powder at a time to the milk and margarine.

6(Whisk smooth while adding.)

7Pour over soup layer.

8Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

9Crust will bake up to top and brown.
