- 1 large can chunk pineapple, drained (save juice)
- 2 small cans mandarin oranges, drained (save juice)
- orange juice to make 3 c. liquid
- 2 pkg. tapioca pudding (cooking kind only)
- 4 bananas, sliced
- 1 jar maraschino cherries (optional)
Directions

1Add enough orange juice to reserved juice to make 3 cups liquid. Add juices to the 2 packages of tapioca pudding. Bring to a boil and cook until thickened.

2Remove from heat and cool.

3When cool, pour over the fruit and refrigerate. Chill several hours before serving.
