Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground pork sausage
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1 green onion bunch (5), chopped with stems
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • won ton wrappers

Directions

    Brown sausage; drain.

    Mix soy sauce, chopped water chestnuts, chopped green onions, beaten egg and salt.

    Mix well.

    Place small amount of mixture in center of won ton wrappers.

    Fold in half like a triangle and then take each side and meet in the middle. Pinch the ends closed so they seal.

    Deep fry in hot oil until golden.
