- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. applesauce
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 egg whites
- 4 large bananas
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Spray loaf pans with nonstick spray. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon; set aside. Whisk together applesauce, sugar, egg, bananas and vanilla.

3Add dry ingredients; blend well.

4Pour into loaf pan and bake 50 to 60 minutes.
