  • 1 box vanilla wafers
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can pie filling (blueberry or cherry)

    Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla well.

    Put cookie in foil baking cup.

    Fill 3/4 full with cream cheese mixture.

    Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 375°.

    Cool and put pie filling on top.
