- 2 cups flour
- 5 1/4 ounces spelt flour
- 7/8 cup Quinoa Flour
- 3/8 ounce baker's yeast
- water 45 cl.
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions

1In the bowl of the electric mixer or food processor, combine the flours, yeast, water and salt. Knead for 7-8 minutes to get a nice dough ball.

2Let the dough rise covered with a damp cloth in a warm place for 40 minutes, until it doubles its volume.

3On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough and divide it into 7-10 loaves of desired size.

4Place the balls on a parchment paper and let rise for 40 minutes (covered with a damp cloth). Meanwhile preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

5Bake the loaves (depending on size) for 17 to 25 minutes.
