- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Sprinkle neck and body cavity of each chicken with monosodium glutamate and salt.

2Stuff with Walnut Stuffing.

3Hook wing tips onto back to hold neck skin.

4Tie legs together and then to tail. Place chickens in shallow roasting pan (it is unnecessary to use rack).

5Roast 1 1/2 hours at 375°.

6Brush with Cranberry-Orange Glaze. Roast 15 minutes longer.

7Yields 8 servings.
