- 1 lb. liver, sliced
- 12 slices bacon
- salt and pepper
- 1 small onion, sliced
Directions

1Wash liver and cover with boiling water.

2Let stand 5 minutes. Drain.

3Season with salt and pepper.

4Brown bacon in hot frying pan.

5Add onion; cook a few minutes and add liver.

6Cook, turning frequently, for about 10 minutes or until done.

7Remove browned bacon from frying pan while cooking onion and liver after turning liver once.

8Add the bacon when finished cooking.

9Serve onion with liver and bacon.
