- 1 lb. livers, sliced 1/2-inch thick
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. shortening
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom (stems and pieces)
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. coriander
- 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Combine flour, salt and pepper; dredge liver and brown in shortening.

2Pour off drippings; add mushrooms (including liquid), soy sauce, parsley flakes, coriander and water.

3Cover tightly and cook slowly for 20 minutes.
