Ingredients

  • 1 lb. liverwurst (at room temperature)
  • 6 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. horseradish sauce
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion

Directions

    Mash liverwurst with fork.

    Add bacon, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, garlic powder, horseradish sauce, onion and 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese.

    Blend well and pack into 1 or 2 bowls lined with plastic wrap.

    Chill until firm. Whip the other 8 ounce package softened cream cheese until fluffy and frost pates.
