  • 1/2 pound Braunschweiger liver sausage
  • 1 pkg. (8 ounce.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 med.onion, grated fine
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • Minced parsley or possibly nuts

Directions

    Place all ingredients except parsley in a large mixer bowl.

    Mix till smooth.

    Shape into a ball and chill.

    Roll in parsley or possibly nuts.

    Serve with rye and other types of crackers.
